Sons of Anarchy is an adrenalized drama with darkly comedic undertones that explores a notorious outlaw motorcycle club’s (MC) desire to protect its livelihood while ensuring that their simple, sheltered town of Charming, California remains exactly that, Charming. This season begins with Samcro fresh out of jail and back into Charming. Upon their arrival, they encounter new law enforcement and head right back to business. The club is pressed with a decision that could challenge what SOA has always stood for and brings forth an unlikely alliance. With Jax fresh out of a jail and the birth of his newborn son, he is forced to put new plans into motion that could affect the club and ultimately his family.

    Huge shift in dynamic from first 3 on multiple fronts: jax's hair or lack thereof! unser no longer chief, drugs and clays antagonism take hold, and juice becomes a serious character, along with for the first time jax wanting out of the club. All of these plus others (wont say as theyre spoilers) combined create nearly a completely different show, same characters, very different character development from one thru three. As good as the first three, but in many ways not the same soa.

    I'd heard about the show and wanted to check it out but I just got around to it. So happy I did because it is one of the best shows that has been made. I love Jax's character, he's the type of person who will do literally anything to protect those he loves but still draws a line when it comes to breaking his moral values. It really sucked though to see Half-Sack killed and Abel kidnapped in the season 2 finale. Another great addition to the shows ensemble cast was casting James Cosmo as Father Kellan Ashby, he's such a good actor. Katey Sagal is as good as ever and it was awesome to see that she won a golden globe for the show. This is a show that really exemplifies the fact that there are only a handful of shows that can really reach this magnitude in entertainment. Good job FX keep coming with episodes for Sons of Anarchy.

    Love this show. Don't waste your money here though. Netflix has seasons 1-4 and it's only 7.99 a month.
