This movie is just as great today as it was upon release. It’s funny, sarcastic, quick witted and romantic all rolled into one! Great memories. Thank you

Let me start off by saying I’m not terribly fond of romcoms in general but this film is enjoyable as both a sports film and a dramedy. It’s so well written and well-acted, I’ve seen it at least thirty times and I’m still drawn in. Moira Kelly and D.B. Sweeney have that rare kind of magical onscreen chemistry, so it’s easy to fall in love with them and appreciate their youthful vigor and combative but complementary personalities. You sympathize with both through all their misunderstandings and mistakes, but the film shows what an even match they truly are, even if they’re too stubborn to work it out until the very end—and the payoff is unforgettable! There are tropes galore but the realistic progression and emotionally layered acting from Kelly & Sweeney (and an INSPIRED supporting performance from Roy Dotrice as their Russian coach) make it stand head and shoulders above other romcoms. Not to mention the exciting skate choreography, beautiful cinematography, memorable music, and a top-notch script. What are you waiting for? Hurry up and buy this classic must-see treasure and enjoy!

I’m a guy. But this romantic comedy just knocks me over. Especially when Doug says the three little words right before the final skate. The tears start forming. Very few movies can do that to me. The movie seems kind of cheesy and forced at the start, but when Kate bares her soul, it grabbed my heart and squeezed it hard. I’ve probably watch this movie from beginning to end at least 30 times...it never gets old. The writing and acting are top notch.

As someone who figure skated for most of my life, I loved this movie. I used to watch it so much that the tape got used up. I always wanted this to be released on iTunes and I finally got my wish. I don't care that there's no special features involved in this, don't care that there's nothing special about it, it's special upon itself. I can quote this movie from beginning to end and I'm a satraight guy. This movie rocks! TTTTTTTOOOOOOOEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKK

I’m a guy. I normally cringe at chick flicks and love stories. But there are a good handful of films I just can’t but love. “Somewhere in Time”, “The Upside of Anger”, “Love Story”, to name just a few. This is definitely one of them. Not a great film by any measure, but the goofy premise and chemistry between the leads is intoxicating (did I really just write that?). Toe pick!
